A little restaurant
with a big heart
In the shadow of Cashel's ancient rock, we cook the food we love for the people we love to feed.

Meet Samadhi & Shavin
Samadhi and Shavin are the heart and soul of Sam's Table. Originally from Sri Lanka, they moved to Ireland and fell in love with the warmth of Irish hospitality — and the incredible local produce.
Wife and husband, they opened the doors together with one simple mission: to serve honest, beautiful food that makes every guest feel right at home. Their cooking draws on a rich tapestry of influences — from hearty Irish Sunday dining to the vibrant spices of their Sri Lankan heritage.
Whether it's a slow-cooked roast or a fragrant coconut curry just like Samadhi's mother used to make, every dish is made with the same care. They work directly with local suppliers and farmers to ensure what lands on your plate is as fresh and seasonal as possible.
Step inside Sam’s Table

Three things we never compromise on
Honest Cooking
No tricks, no shortcuts. We let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves — simple dishes, done properly, with real care.
Local First
We work hand-in-hand with Tipperary farmers, producers and suppliers. The shorter the journey from field to plate, the better it tastes.
Warm Welcome
From the moment you sit down to the last sip of coffee, you should feel completely at home. That's the Sam's Table promise.
